Senior Consultant – Epic Ambulatory Clinicals Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.

• Utilize technical expertise in individual client system setups to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

• Guide client project teams as needed in project and system build strategies.

• Monitor and document risks and challenges.

• Analyze and record workflows.

• Collaborate closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation efforts.

• Engage directly with Epic end users.

• Oversee workflows, offer documentation, and suggest optimization strategies.

• Facilitate meetings regarding project progress and ongoing coordination of work products.

• Execute additional specific responsibilities related to the project as required by individual clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic.

• At least 1 current Epic ambulatory clinical certification (EpicCare Ambulatory, Connect, Phoenix, Bones, Wisdom, Kaleidoscope).

• All consultants must hold at least one Epic certification, with multiple certifications being preferred.

• Prior project management experience is preferred.

• For project management/leadership positions, PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of two years of Epic work experience post-certification.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strongly organized, capable of multi-tasking while maintaining intense focus on individual tasks.

• Self-motivated with the ability to adhere to schedules, meet deadlines, and oversee one's own work output.

• Highly adaptable; able to quickly adjust to new project assignments, including adapting to new work environments, collaborating effectively with diverse teams, complying with client workplace protocols, and managing varying travel and living arrangements due to project location changes.

• Demonstrated aptitude for mentoring and guiding others, exhibiting a strong work ethic, treating others with respect, honoring commitments, earning the trust of colleagues, and conducting oneself with integrity, upholding organizational values, and displaying a very high level of professionalism.
