Senior Consultant – EDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, offering guidance and support for their career progression.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members to provide feedback, establish goals, and ensure their professional development.

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes continuous learning and innovation.

• Oversee the distribution of workloads, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed and deadlines are adhered to.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and services rendered by the consulting team, meeting both company standards and client expectations.

• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.

• Support the sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and aiding in proposals, RFPs, and presentations.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to help define the strategic direction of the EPM consulting practice and identify new service offerings.

• Contribute to thought leadership by remaining informed about industry trends and best practices, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Data Integrations solutions.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite (On-Premise and Cloud), including Data Exchange, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), SQL, and Groovy scripting. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in successfully managing and leading teams within a consulting or professional services setting.

• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (PMP or similar certifications are a plus).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on delivering actionable insights and solutions.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and achieve results under pressure.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
