Senior Consultant, D365 F&SCM, Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Engages in all facets of solution implementation, from assessing the client's business needs to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet those needs.

• Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather a comprehensive set of requirements that align with business goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of existing business processes while identifying areas for enhancement.

• Offers extensive expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics application and assesses the client's business processes against the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics.

• Adheres to the Argano Implementation methodology; comprehends key activities and deliverables for client engagement and internal projects, utilizing all standard templates and project artifacts while enhancing the quality of Argano documentation resources.

• Maximizes the use of Microsoft Technology and the ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc.).

• Continuously contributes to the delivery practice by providing suggestions and implementing improvements.

• Documents business processes, including current and future states, as needed, using tools such as Visio or similar applications.

• Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to fulfill the client's business needs.

• If modifications or customizations are necessary, whether for processes or the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Sr. Manufacturing Functional Consultant guides the client’s decision-making and creates the functional design document that will direct the development process.

• Conducts acceptance testing and trains client resources to effectively utilize and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.

• Plans and manages the execution of CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs in conjunction with the project manager, collecting early user feedback on the solution from key customer stakeholders. Confirms that the solution meets the client’s requirements following a CRP or UAT.

• Involved in providing structured support to Argano customers, including monitoring the support portal as needed, troubleshooting support inquiries, and proactively managing and governing assigned support cases in accordance with SLA.

• Contributes valuable resources to the Argano Knowledge Base, Implementation methodology toolbox, and marketing activities, including blogging and sharing knowledge articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High School Education or GED

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in x or a business-related field or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience working primarily for or with a goods manufacturing company

• Required: Experience in the medical devices sector, ideally supporting or implementing solutions for complex platforms within regulated medical device environments

• 5+ years of experience in D365 implementations

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Production control module, including:

• Production batch execution

• Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management

• Production Operations Resources and Route management

• Master planning and Planning Optimization

• Additional expertise includes:

• Process and Discrete manufacturing

• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

• Just-In-Time

• Lean manufacturing

• Planning and execution of forecasts

• Cost management

• Engineering Change Management (ECM)

• Time and Attendance

• Preferred: MB-320 or MB-335 certification
