This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Defines, maintains, and enhances the practice offerings to align with business objectives, strategic development goals, and client needs.
• Designs, improves, and implements practice offerings to cater to specific client requirements and seize market opportunities.
• Collaborates with sales, account management, and clients to identify suitable practice offerings that meet distinct client needs and strategic business goals.
• Advises clients on the most strategic technology initiatives within a specific practice area.
• Acts as a pre-sales support specialist as needed in collaboration with sales and account management to create and finalize sales opportunities. This may involve developing proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations to prospects.
• Works in conjunction with internal stakeholders, such as product management, development, sales, and senior management, to define and support the designated practice area.
• Cultivates relationships, defines consulting engagements that address relationship needs, and promotes the initiative.
• Maintains high-quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to secure referrals for new clients and ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifies opportunities for business process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Ensures the practice provides industry thought leadership.
• Mentors and develops resources to enhance practice knowledge within the services organization.
• Investigates and resolves critical issues related to the practice promptly and professionally.
• Offers technical and business domain expertise.
• Engages directly with clients and may require travel to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with Systematics or Profile in either a technical or business capacity.
• Exceptional organizational, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management, and time management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and its related business aspects.
• Extensive understanding of the financial services industry and associated practice specialties.
• Strong financial management and planning capabilities.
• Requires a long-term vision and executive presence.
• Proficient analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment in decision-making processes and tasks related to the job.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally, including in presentations.
• Ability to engage effectively with all management levels in an organized and professional manner.
• Proven track record in relationship building.
• Ability to persuade and influence others regarding the best courses of action.
• Willingness to travel 5% to 10% or as required.
