Air Quality Managing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and carry out all pertinent project tasks

• Create project proposals and plans to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Monitor and regulate project activities to meet milestones and financial performance targets

• Effectively communicate project information to the team

• Develop and lead projects under contract while expanding business with current clients

• Manage annual client revenues as collaboratively agreed upon by the leadership team

• Ensure that projects comply with ALL4 quality assurance standards

• Oversee the health and safety aspects of project fieldwork

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant environmental/science field

• Cumulative experience equivalent to at least 5 years in Environmental consulting

• Familiarity with technical subjects related to air permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP)

• Established connections with regulatory bodies and/or professionals in the industrial sector

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities

• Ability to proactively manage priorities and workflow

• Proven project management skills

• Effective problem resolution skills coupled with the ability to delegate tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
