This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage a designated portfolio of merchant accounts within the region, performing regular field visits to establish connections with store managers and staff, while acting as the primary contact for merchant requirements to foster trust and rapport.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new merchants and provide in-store training, promote applications, and encourage adoption behaviors with a sense of urgency post-onboarding.
• Conduct intentional, high-quality store visits centered on execution and enhancing performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and deliver immediate coaching to boost application volume and conversion rates.
• Track account-level performance against regional quotas, identify merchants that are underperforming, and implement necessary corrective action plans.
• Record all store visits and interactions with merchants, documenting observations, actions taken, and clearly defined next steps in HubSpot to ensure accurate territory records.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers to establish territory priorities and account focus, liaise with cross-functional internal sales teams, and support broader regional initiatives and execution strategies.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing positions.
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Experience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing environments is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Map My Customers.
• Previous experience in field sales or account support.
• Base Salary: Receive a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to $85,000 annually.
