Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing solution concepts for proposals and various sales initiatives, based on business requirements identified during client discussions and/or document analysis in collaboration with the Solution Designer and PDG’s Sales Team.

• Designing solutions as part of client engagements, utilizing data collected through a discovery process.

• Supervising and contributing to the development of solutions to ensure alignment with Solution Architecture requirements.

• Collaborating with our sales team to thoroughly investigate our client’s business needs, generating ideas and proactively recommending solutions to address their business challenges.

• Serving as the subject matter expert on PDG’s solutions, remaining engaged with the team throughout each project's duration to provide ongoing support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Learning and Development, Human Performance, or Organizational Leadership & Development is preferred; however, relevant work experience will be highly regarded in lieu of an advanced degree.

• A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in solution design, performance consulting, human performance technology, change management, and/or adult learning and development.

• Extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector, either as an employee of a Life Sciences organization or as a partner to the industry.

• Proven experience in architecting sales performance solutions.

• Proficient in analyzing needs and crafting solutions derived from client interviews, document reviews, and industry assessments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of influencing without direct authority and providing valuable suggestions that encourage client commitment.
