Senior Consultant, D365 Finance – Continuous Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional business and application support services to clients, emphasizing finance processes within Dynamics 365.

• Evaluate and address 2nd and 3rd line functional incidents, including handling escalations for priority cases.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to recurring problems.

• Design, test, document, and deploy functional and integration modifications (RFCs).

• Assist in project transitions to GMS during UAT and Hyper Care stages.

• Regularly evaluate customer feedback to enhance service quality and value.

• Clearly communicate updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in pre-sales initiatives and provide clients with guidance on industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance, preferably in global or intercontinental deployments.

• In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O Finance modules, financial process mapping, and solution design.

• Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Management Reporter.

• Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving functional system challenges.

• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools such as DMF, OData, and Azure Logic Apps.

• Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

• MB300, MB310, and MB700 certifications are preferred.
