Senior Consultant, D365 CE – Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Consulting, conceptualizing, and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

• Developing modern Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Designing and implementing Conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solution architectures

• Conducting workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions with clients

• Integrating D365 CE with external systems (REST APIs, Azure Services, ERP systems)

• Creating technical and functional documentation

• Ensuring quality, best practices, and governance throughout the project

• Supporting presales activities, scoping, and effort estimations

• Coaching colleagues and contributing to thought leadership and the development of offerings

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a consultant in the area of D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Customer Insights Journeys, Field Service)

• Excellent knowledge of the Power Platform, including Dataverse architecture

• Experience with AI solutions: Copilot Studio, generative AI, Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Services

• Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements management and solution design

• Understanding of end-to-end customer experience processes (Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, etc.)

• Knowledge of customization, security models, plug-ins, and integration architectures

• Experience in an agile project environment (Scrum, DevOps)

• Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and presentation confidence

• Very good German and English language skills
