Senior Consultant, Credits and Incentives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in and provide support for credits and incentives initiatives for DMA clients.

• Perform research and analysis on state, local, federal, and utility incentive programs.

• Prepare documentation, applications, and related materials for incentive opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and aid in communication with clients and economic development officials.

• Assist in project execution by overseeing assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

• Help in the preparation and upkeep of work-in-process (WIP) reports.

• Support client meetings and presentations as required.

• Contribute to the assessment of incentive opportunities for both existing and potential clients.

• Keep a current understanding of credits and incentives programs, relevant regulations, and industry trends.

• Aid in researching and resolving technical or project-specific issues.

• Offer informal guidance and assistance to junior team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in credits and incentives, property tax consulting, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to hear, comprehend, and differentiate speech and/or other sounds.

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
