This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee WLH engagements centered around strategic account management, customer segmentation, stakeholder mapping, and value-driven engagement strategies.
• Create and lead client working sessions, capability-building workshops, strategic conversations, and solution design meetings.
• Act as a trusted partner and primary day-to-day client contact for designated workstreams.
• Gather, evaluate, and synthesize customer and market data to guide solution design, account planning tools, and commercial advice.
• Develop, present, and implement project materials and sustainability resources.
• Interpret complex healthcare trends into actionable insights for commercial teams and account strategies.
• Design and produce tailored tools, frameworks, training materials, and resources.
• Convert customer insights, data, and marketplace intelligence into practical solutions that promote behavior change and capability enhancement.
• Create resources that assist clients in articulating value, differentiating offerings, and aligning with customer priorities.
• Refine materials based on client feedback, market dynamics, and emerging commercial challenges.
• Manage project workstreams and orchestrate deliverables across both internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop polished PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other project deliverables.
• Identify and monitor metrics that measure the effectiveness and business impact of interventions.
• Foster strong working relationships with WLH team members and clients.
• Work independently in a dynamic consulting environment with minimal supervision.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial organizations, consulting, or similar roles, showcasing senior-level client-facing responsibility.
• Experience in market access field leadership is highly preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience with health systems and IDNs, encompassing quality metrics, total cost of care, population health, care delivery models, and new customer types.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and interactions among commercial, market access, medical affairs, account management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Adequate market access fluency to engage credibly in client discussions and solution design.
• Capability to evaluate and prioritize therapeutic areas and brand strategies according to customer needs, health system priorities, and account-level opportunities.
• Displayed learning agility, innovative thinking, needs analysis, and development of customized customer-centric commercial solutions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to simplify and communicate intricate scientific, technical, or market concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to open, respectful, and professional collaboration.
• Proficiency in both virtual and in-person client engagement.
• High comfort with technology platforms and Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Forms.
• Curiosity and learning agility in exploring emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
• Familiarity with change management principles and experience in supporting organizational change and human capital development initiatives.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, agency, or commercial marketing is preferred.
• Experience in supporting account management or commercial excellence initiatives is highly valued.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
