This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated clinical and regulatory consulting projects from initiation to completion.
• Convert client goals into actionable plans, coordinate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure effective execution.
• Merge various workstreams into unified, decision-ready outputs that meet client expectations.
• Implement quality assurance, address discrepancies, and ensure deliverables are precise and comprehensible.
• Distill complex data and contextual information into practical insights and recommendations.
• Manage sub-teams tackling intricate client inquiries and mentor team members.
• Facilitate internal and client-focused discussions by clarifying decision points and highlighting trade-offs.
• Maintain mid-level client relationships, set realistic expectations, and proactively resolve issues.
• Supervise project budgets, scope, resource allocation, change management, and ensure profitable project delivery.
• Spearhead proposal development and aid in account growth by pinpointing related opportunities.
• Incorporate scientific, clinical, regulatory, and quality knowledge into strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and lead internal initiatives to enhance templates, workflows, and delivery standards.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant area (e.g., life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacology, immunology, oncology, public health, epidemiology, health outcomes, or a related field) is required.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting and/or within pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, or regulatory environments.
• Proven track record of leading project delivery and managing intricate analyses.
• Previous experience in project leadership, ensuring quality assurance, and integrating various workstreams into cohesive client-ready outputs.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, including the capacity to adapt frameworks to new challenges and guide others in structured problem-solving.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, including overseeing mid-level stakeholder relationships and proactively managing expectations and delivery risks.
• Strong business acumen, including oversight of project budgets and scope to guarantee profitable delivery and effective commercial stewardship.
• Proven ability to lead proposal efforts and contribute to account growth through opportunity identification and proficient written proposal development.
