Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement infrastructure for new markets and service lines, which includes setting up vendors, tooling, and operational workflows.

• Convert care model standards into operational workflows, and prepare necessary documentation and processes for launch.

• Assist with go-live stabilization and capture operational insights for future launch playbooks.

• Transform operational designs into implementations across teams, systems, and vendors.

• Identify and address operational gaps that extend beyond established boundaries.

• Convert the care model into scalable workflows that are represented in operational tools and systems.

• Enhance care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and coordination across teams.

• Analyze operational friction and implement solutions to boost care team reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Product to integrate workflows into documentation, task management, and scheduling systems.

• Establish operational infrastructure through review processes, KPI ownership, identification of execution drift, and prioritization of emerging operational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery settings.

• Familiarity with market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (preferably in healthcare).

• Proficient in process documentation and workflow design.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageous.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and create structured solutions.

• Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking approach.

• Capability to work across clinical, operational, and technical areas.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Eagerness to learn quickly and take on greater responsibilities.

• Availability to operate during Eastern time business hours.
