This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assigned projects from initiation to final delivery by converting client goals into actionable work plans, aligning teams with milestones, and driving execution.
• Combine various workstreams into unified, decision-ready outputs by integrating findings from multiple analyses.
• Maintain stringent quality control across project outputs, ensuring that deliverables are clear, precise, and suitable for clients.
• Transform complex data and contextual elements into straightforward, actionable narratives and recommendations.
• Lead sub-teams focused on clinical trial design, operational execution, and strategic development inquiries.
• Facilitate internal and client discussions by framing critical decision points and highlighting trade-offs.
• Manage mid-level client relationships and proactively handle expectations.
• Supervise project budgets and scope, track efforts/burn rates, manage change controls, and prioritize value-added tasks.
• Spearhead proposal development and support account growth by identifying adjacent opportunities.
• Incorporate scientific, clinical, regulatory, and quality insights into strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and lead internal initiatives to enhance templates, workflows, and delivery standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacology, immunology, oncology, public health, epidemiology, health outcomes, or a related discipline) is required.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting and/or within pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, or regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery and manage complex analyses.
• Prior experience in leading projects, ensuring quality control, and integrating multiple work streams into cohesive, client-ready outputs.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to adapt frameworks to new challenges and guide others in structured problem-solving.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, including ownership of mid-level stakeholder relationships and proactive management of expectations and delivery risks.
• Strong commercial awareness, including oversight of project budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery and sound commercial management.
• Proven ability to lead proposal efforts and contribute to account expansion through opportunity identification and strong written proposal development.
