This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Engage with purpose β your role significantly impacts patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
β’ You will take charge post-launch of our AI Suite, guiding our clients toward deeper usage: exploring new use cases, integrating additional document types, expanding to more departments, and enhancing integrations.
β’ Operate within the framework of forward-deployed teams (e.g., Palantir FDEs, OpenAI Forward-Deployed Engineers) β consultancy-oriented, hands-on, with clear accountability for outcomes.
β’ While Customer Success secures relationships, adoption, and retention, your focus will be on expansion β ensuring the sustainable growth of our clients utilizing the Recare AI Suite.
β’ You will facilitate C-level workshops (executive management, CMIO, IT leadership, medical controlling) and translate clinical challenges into practical AI solutions β encompassing business case development, ROI modeling, and governance frameworks.
β’ You are tasked with driving expansion ARR within your client portfolio: from testing use-case hypotheses through pilot phases, clinical acceptance, and commercial closure (in collaboration with Sales) to large-scale rollout.
β’ For each strategic client, you will conduct quarterly account management sessions alongside the CSM and hospital leadership, reporting on the value realized against the metrics defined during the discovery phase.
β’ Collaborate closely with our Implementation team during project onboarding: while they deliver the standard package, you will create the expansion roadmap concurrently, ensuring a validated growth opportunity is ready upon hypercare exit.
β’ You will provide your insights to Product & Engineering, (AI) Solution Architecture, and Playbooks, actively influencing the ongoing enhancement of the Recare AI Suite.
β’ You have over 5 years of professional experience, ideally combining top-tier consulting (healthcare practice or similar), hospital operations (e.g., medical controlling, clinical process development, hospital IT, digitization programs), and/or roles in HealthTech product or delivery.
β’ You possess a thorough understanding of German hospital processes: the hospital information system (KIS) landscape, clinical documentation, DRG-relevant workflows, social services, discharge management, and medical controlling.
β’ You have a systematic consulting toolkit: including use-case discovery, prioritization, business-case modeling, stakeholder mapping, and facilitation of C-level workshops β delivering clear, structured, and outcome-driven results.
β’ You are fluent in AI: you comprehend where LLM-based products provide value and where they fall short, understand concepts such as human-in-the-loop, prompt-design limitations, and document-type feasibility, and can effectively translate clinical needs into technical possibilities.
β’ You demonstrate commercial acumen and take ownership of results: you focus on outcomes, clinical value, and measurable ROI β ready to take responsibility for expansion ARR.
β’ You communicate exceptionally well in German (business fluent, both written and spoken) and confidently in English β engaging with hospital executives, nursing staff, physicians, and our product team.
β’ You are hands-on, organized, and open to traveling within the DACH region (typically 2β3 days per week on-site with clients, depending on the project phase).
β’ Nice to have, but not essential: experience supporting KHZG projects or similar clinical digitization initiatives.
β’ A clinical or medical background (e.g., medical degree, nursing qualification, public health, health economics) is desirable.
β’ Edenred card β flexible usage according to your individual needs.
β’ Additional day off β enjoy your birthday off to celebrate with loved ones.
β’ Flexible working hours.
