Senior Consultant, Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our client companies on change management at the convergence of IT, operations, and business, ensuring that changes are executed in a technically sound manner and effectively integrated within the organization.

• Develop and oversee change management strategies in IT and transformation initiatives.

• Perform impact and readiness assessments to detect resistance and potential issues early on.

• Mentor employees and leaders, lead workshops, and assist in managing conflicts and resistance.

• Assume responsibilities beyond your individual projects, such as crafting proposals or enhancing our consulting offerings.

• A completed degree and several years of professional experience in IT management consulting or in a pivotal role within an IT organization.

• A strong passion for influencing change and a dedication to making a tangible impact – beyond just theoretical concepts.

• A confident and assured presence when engaging with management stakeholders, with the capability to assume leadership roles – both technically and communicatively.

• Comfort in navigating complex and dynamic situations where not all answers are predetermined, using uncertainty as an opportunity for innovation.
