Senior Consultant – Automotive Spare Parts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist dealerships in structuring and enhancing the efficiency of their B2B external sales operations for spare parts.

• Evaluate the spare-parts sales cycle, sales data, workshop/parts-department processes, and manufacturer KPIs for each dealership.

• Create and execute customized action plans in collaboration with dealership management.

• Mentor sales teams in the field while providing methodologies for prospecting and customer retention.

• Diligently track outcomes and lead steering committees alongside the manufacturer’s management and distribution groups.

• Organize and oversee the activities of a team of field consultants.

• Ensure the onboarding process, support, and skill development of team members.

• Serve as the operational liaison among the field team, MSX management, and the manufacturer’s management.

• Prepare and facilitate monthly activity reviews with the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive spare-parts sector, parts-department operations, workshop operations, and field-based B2B sales.

• Demonstrated experience in network development, field-based B2B sales, or operational consulting within the automotive industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal adaptability, capable of engaging with field teams as well as senior management and executive committees of clients.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, particularly VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

• Comfortable handling numerical data and analyzing sales performance.

• Ability to mentor and support teams without direct hierarchical authority.

• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including several overnight stays per week.

• Regular travel throughout the Paris region.

• Availability is preferred in November or December 2026.
