Senior Consultant, Atlassian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives (CIO, CTO, COO) in the development of their work platforms and software delivery.

• Define adoption and evolution roadmaps for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others).

• Design and lead migration strategies to Atlassian Cloud from Server/Data Center environments, minimizing operational impact.

• Recommend best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile culture, linking technology with business impact.

• Facilitate analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and identify improvement points.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, and ITSM/agile experts.

• Plan projects, manage risks, and ensure the quality of deliveries.

• Manage international projects and maintain technical communication with stakeholders in English.

• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in demos.

• Build strategic relationships with clients and technology partners.

• Produce 3-year ROI and TCO analyses to support decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting and at least 5 years within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Experience leading medium to high complexity migration projects to Atlassian Cloud.

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and cloud environments.

• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD environments, and tool integration.

• Knowledge of ITSM, agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, or PMI.

• Experience in international projects and leading workshops.

• High level of English proficiency.
