Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyzing client requirements and managing those requirements effectively.

• Providing consulting services for digitalization projects involving information technologies such as CRM, CMS, PIM, MAM, publishing, e-commerce, and related systems and processes.

• Offering guidance on process optimization and change management — both within individual projects and across a range of projects.

• Creating comprehensive, tailored end-to-end solutions and strategies for system and process implementation.

• Leading projects in both national and international client settings, utilizing internal project management standards and tools.

• Enhancing existing client relationships and generating subsequent project opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed technical or business degree, or equivalent practical experience.

• In-depth knowledge in one of our core areas — CRM, CMS, PIM, MAM, publishing, e-commerce — and/or other information technologies is preferred.

• A basic understanding of developing integrated solutions is advantageous.

• Significant experience in professional project management, especially with implementations that involve multiple system and process environments and leading interdisciplinary teams operating concurrently.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
