Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer technical expertise and direction to federal clients regarding Red Hat solutions, such as OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, and RHEL.

• Design, implement, and enhance containerized and virtualized environments utilizing OpenShift and OpenStack.

• Create and sustain automation solutions employing Ansible and associated tools.

• Work collaboratively with client teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions based on Red Hat technologies.

• Oversee the configuration and management of Red Hat systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to Red Hat products and services.

• Collaborate with Red Hat and Trilogy Innovations teams to discuss product features and industry developments.

• Meet annual revenue targets and maintain weighted pipeline coverage for the assigned DHS portfolio.

• Monitor portfolio gross margin, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, qualified opportunities, win rates, pipeline growth, new DHS logos, and contract awards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Security Clearance is a must.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Red Hat technologies and Linux-based systems.

• Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7/8 configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud.

• Background in supporting complex enterprise or government IT systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Must hold one or more of the following: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, Top Secret/SCI, or Top Secret clearance.

• Relevant technical expertise in Red Hat technologies, including OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, programming, scripting, and infrastructure technologies.
