Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide innovative technology and business solutions to clients across various sectors, including Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities.

• Independently execute and develop customer deliverables using Syniti methodology and tools that fulfill or surpass customer expectations.

• Design and test all technical solutions in line with functional specifications and conduct user training as required.

• Collaborate closely with fellow consultants on client sites as part of project teams ranging from small to large.

• Engage in team problem-solving activities and contribute ideas to address client challenges.

• Perform requirements analysis, data analysis, and generate reports.

• Aid in the customization and configuration of the solution.

• Take responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work outputs.

• Proactively enhance consulting skills and professional growth through training, mentoring, and daily client interactions.

• Observe and promote best practices in business process design and implementation.

• Exhibit a high level of functional/technical expertise within their specific area of focus.

• Meet engagement utilization requirements.

• Operate under moderate supervision and initiate routine tasks without instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related analytical or technical fields.

• Experience in ERP techno-functional or functional roles, preferably in SAP.

• Successfully engaged in at least one or more complete ERP implementation lifecycle(s).

• Experience in data quality analysis, statistical analysis, and/or modeling.

• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.

• Demonstrated skill in presenting information clearly, concisely, and in a way that resonates with a diverse audience.

• Exceptional customer service abilities, ideally shown through direct interaction with clients.

• Capable of adapting to changing environments and quickly acquiring new skills.

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

• Strong determination to achieve results under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
