Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic insights and analytical expertise to assist healthcare clients in showcasing the value of their products and services.

• Develop and implement value evidence projects.

• Create and present client-ready project solutions.

• Work independently while providing technical guidance to junior team members on HEOR projects.

• Aim for strategic leadership on individual team projects.

• Clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.

• Act as the day-to-day contact and key scientific presenter for clients.

• Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely task completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Engage in business development activities, including project scoping, proposal writing, and budget formulation, with oversight.

• Assist in thought leadership initiatives as required.

• Mentor and coach colleagues.

• Dedicate approximately 70% of time to project delivery, 20% to business development and proposals, and 10% to ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• A clear and collaborative approach to communication.

• Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to foster innovation and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Demonstrated consulting experience and strong skills in at least one of the following areas: Health Economics; HEOR-related Statistics; HEOR / HTA Strategy; Evidence Review and/or Synthesis; HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement; Value Communication.

• Familiarity with new innovative and technical advancements relevant to the organization and HEOR functions.

• Understanding of the primary research methodologies utilized within Lumanity’s HEOR practice.

• Awareness of recent methodological and technical advancements and their application within the department.
