This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with clients to gain insights into their security architecture, deployment needs, and desired business outcomes.

• Create comprehensive deployment strategies for implementing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, encompassing endpoint protection, threat intelligence, identity protection, and cloud security modules.

• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately represent the technical scope, resource needs, timelines, and criteria for success.

• Develop technical architecture diagrams and deployment roadmaps that are compatible with customer environments and limitations.

• Evaluate customer technical readiness and pinpoint dependencies, risks, and strategies for mitigation.

• Maintain extensive knowledge across CrowdStrike's professional services catalog, which includes deployment services, health checks, optimization engagements, and tailored solutions.

• Spot opportunities to bundle repeatable solutions into standardized service offerings.

• Work together with Product Management and Services Delivery teams to refine service offerings according to market trends and customer feedback.

• Create custom service proposals for unique customer needs that do not fall within standard offerings.

• Generate and maintain technical collateral, reference architectures, and documentation of best practices.

• Collaborate with Services Sales Executives throughout the sales process to qualify opportunities and devise successful strategies.

• Present engaging technical demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of CrowdStrike professional services.

• Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions to confirm proposed solutions.

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical content and approaches for service delivery.

• Provide accurate estimates of effort and resource planning for proposed engagements.

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technical services with their business goals and driving measurable results.

• Develop customer-specific deployment frameworks that balance speed-to-value with long-term scalability.

• Create adoption and maturity roadmaps that assist customers from initial deployments to advanced platform utilization.

• Identify opportunities for follow-on services based on customer maturity and evolving security needs.

• Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery teams with thorough transition documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering teams to align technical solutions with platform capabilities.

• Partner with Services Delivery leadership to confirm the feasibility of proposed solutions and availability of resources.

• Work in tandem with Delivery teams to validate service offerings, ensure that effort estimates remain up-to-date, and continuously explore efficiency opportunities.

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

• Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams regarding customer requirements and service gaps.

• Contribute to internal enablement programs to disseminate best practices and lessons learned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, professional services, or solutions architecture roles within the cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR technologies, and modern security operations.

• Proven track record in scoping and designing complex technical deployments in enterprise environments.

• Strong familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems and their deployment methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and concepts of cloud security.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in creating SOWs, effort estimates, and project plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
