Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement structured change management methodologies, including Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter, to devise strategies for AI and Workspace transformations.

• Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and perform change impact assessments.

• Establish North Star objectives and KPIs to monitor adoption and organizational well-being.

• Document the effects of AI integration on policies and processes within daily operations.

• Mentor senior leaders and executive sponsors on effective change leadership.

• Proactively identify and address resistance to AI with focused mitigation strategies.

• Develop and empower Gemini Captain change champion networks.

• Convert complex technical AI concepts into tangible business value and strategic priorities.

• Create persona-driven learning pathways and role-specific training initiatives.

• Produce change narratives, leader toolkits, prompt libraries, and other enabling resources utilizing Google Workspace tools.

• Design and facilitate Art of the Possible kickoffs and design-thinking workshops using Miro or Mural.

• Oversee Gemini Enterprise pilot programs, manage Vanguard Cohorts, and compile baseline productivity reports.

• Establish support frameworks including Slack/Teams channels, office hours, and self-service support agents.

• Conduct post-launch reinforcement activities and pulse-check surveys.

• Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders and client leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting, with a focus on enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in change management frameworks.

• Experience in supporting cloud or SaaS adoption initiatives, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

• Outstanding skills in narrative crafting and presentation for various audiences, from end users to C-suite executives.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and influencing within complex organizational structures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Prosci (ADKAR) certification is highly preferred.

• Practical experience with Generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI.

• Previous experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists to translate technical changes into human-centered actions.

• Experience in creating adoption dashboards and reporting metrics to leadership.

• Extensive experience in facilitating dynamic strategy workshops, both in-person and via Miro or Mural.
