Senior Consultant, AEC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions and convert clients' business processes, accounting policies, and operational needs into scalable Unanet ERP solutions.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and internal automations to enhance the efficiency and quality of data migration, system configuration, and client onboarding processes.

• Guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, training, testing, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with clients during their initial financial close cycle to assist with reconciliation activities, reinforce process consistency, and instill confidence in month-end procedures and controls.

• Direct client training and change management initiatives to foster adoption, process alignment, and successful business outcomes.

• Work alongside project managers to ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client goals.

• Mentor junior consultants, especially on intricate or multi-resource implementations.

• Keep up-to-date with Unanet capabilities and emerging product features to offer reliable advisory support to clients.

• Travel up to 30% (as necessary) to facilitate client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or software consulting.

• Background in supporting architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms or in implementing ERP solutions for project-oriented organizations.

• Familiarity with accounting systems, project management processes, and/or hands-on accounting experience.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing, manipulating, and validating large data sets.

• Demonstrated capability to comprehend and document intricate business requirements and convert them into actionable solution recommendations.

• Experience leading substantial, complex client implementations while acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for implementation best practices.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies) to enhance efficiency, documentation, analysis, and client delivery.
