Senior Consultant, Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess strategic and organizational challenges and formulate structured, actionable solutions in collaboration with the team.

• Organize intricate problems, analyze data, and generate well-supported recommendations, including benchmarks and variance analyses.

• Communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels.

• Assume responsibility for work packages and ensure their successful implementation.

• Establish your own network among clients and continue evolving your role within the project team.

• Participate in internal initiatives and facilitate knowledge development throughout the organization.

• Engage in project teams and independently advance topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in management or strategy consulting.

• Proven ability to work independently on projects or sub-projects.

• Strong academic background with a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Capability to swiftly structure complex issues and adopt a solution-oriented approach.

• Exceptional communication skills and a confident demeanor in client interactions.

• Eagerness to take ownership of issues and propel them forward.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as part of project responsibilities.

• School-leaving certificate, university degree certificate, and all employment references must be submitted.
