Senior Construction Real Estate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Exhibiting leadership and taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

• Coordinating technical internal engineering teams, external architectural and engineering firms, contractors, and specialized consultants to provide top-tier facilities.

• Developing and overseeing construction projects that vary widely in scope, technical complexity, and budgetary considerations.

• Leading a diverse team of colleagues from various areas of expertise who are not direct reports.

• Seeking opportunities to enhance projects, situations, and work environments for the organization.

• Creating and delivering essential project updates to management, including executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 8-15 years of experience in design and construction or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability as a project team leader.

• Exceptional communication and execution skills.

• Openness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• PMI Certification is a valuable asset.
