Senior Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement project-specific and client-focused objectives, timelines, budgets, strategies, and detailed assumptions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with client representatives.

• Coordinate essential due diligence activities on behalf of the internal team.

• Create a comprehensive project budget informed by historical and market data.

• Guide the client and team through the design implementation phase.

• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules.

• Prepare various RFPs required for vendor and contractor services.

• Facilitate the initiation of all critical project meetings.

• Oversee project performance in relation to established schedules.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks.

• Contribute to enhancing best practices and standards of excellence within the business unit.

• Assist in training and developing JLL team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

• Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
