Senior Construction ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You assess the current and future processes of customers and convert them into our solution offerings.

• You create and manage a comprehensive project plan tailored to your responsibilities.

• You oversee specific subprojects in collaboration with the customer’s implementation team.

• You captivate and motivate customers through impactful presentations, workshops, and demonstrations of our ERP solution along with the related applications, portals, and partner products.

• You take the initiative to drive implementation at the customer's site, proactively identifying challenges at an early stage.

• You consistently track goal achievement and progress, facilitating cross-company collaboration when necessary to guarantee success and high customer satisfaction.

• You maintain communication with the internal 4PS organization to ensure that customer expectations are aligned with our deliverables.

• At the conclusion of the project, you conduct a thorough final review within the team, documenting lessons learned and securing enhancements for future projects.
