This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop strategic partnership roadmaps, supply strategies, and optimization initiatives in collaboration with hotel groups while overseeing API connections to third-party inventory partners.
• Implement a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that delivers value to all stakeholders and establishes the platform as a leading demand channel.
• Establish Objectives and KPIs that align with the business goals and those of its enterprise partners.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and growth of APIs between the platform and its third-party inventory partners.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and design initiatives that expand and enhance availability and revenue via existing partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, market trends, growth opportunities, and anomalies, while regularly communicating results to executives using production data and global market insights.
• Collaborate with partners to uphold the highest industry standards and ensure that commercial agreements and SLAs are fulfilled.
• Foster strong working relationships with key internal teams to access the necessary support and enhancements that drive revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews and deliver formal presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to implement large-scale changes, partnering closely with Market Management as a subject matter expert in enterprise groups and third-party inventory to enhance property performance.
• 8+ years of experience in hotel connectivity roles, encompassing hands-on technical responsibilities and accountability for achieving commercial business outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end API integrations and commercial relationships with third-party inventory providers such as bed banks, wholesalers, and OTAs, including accurate property mapping, real-time availability, rates, and inventory synchronization, as well as error resolution.
• Proven track record of designing and executing strategic priorities.
• Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap and ensure that technical feasibility aligns with business objectives.
• Proficient in analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex deals that address the needs of multiple business units.
• Comfortable performing data analysis and making informed decisions based on the findings.
• Experience in developing and selling intricate business solutions at the C-Suite level, demonstrating a strong executive presence and the ability to influence top leaders both internally and across the industry.
• A proactive self-starter who effectively prioritizes and manages work independently.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time, which may involve time in company offices for team meetings and collaborative work.
