Senior Configuration Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in configuration management activities by establishing and upholding processes, tools, and controls.

• Ensure precision, consistency, and adherence across all systems and environments.

• Evaluate configuration data thoroughly.

• Provide support for system configurations.

• Align configuration management efforts with organizational standards, release protocols, and regulatory obligations.

• Work 1–2 Sundays each month to facilitate content updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in configuration management or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience in supporting configuration processes and controls.

• Familiarity with system configuration and release processes.

• Knowledge of clinical and code editing concepts, such as Claim Check and ClaimsXten.

• Experience with QNXT.

• Comprehensive understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.

• Must be available to work 1–2 Sundays each month for content updates.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
