Senior Configuration Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in configuration management efforts by establishing and upholding processes, tools, and controls.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across various systems and environments.

• Evaluate configuration data.

• Provide support for system configurations.

• Ensure alignment of configuration management with organizational standards, release processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Execute content updates, which may include working 1–2 Sundays each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in configuration management or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in supporting configuration processes and controls.

• Familiarity with system configuration and release processes.

• Understanding of clinical and code editing concepts, including Claim Check and ClaimsXten.

• Experience with QNXT.

• In-depth knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.

• Willingness to work 1–2 Sundays each month for content updates.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

• A desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• CPC certification is preferred.
