This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Delivers IT services that effectively address the urgent needs of clients.
β’ Offers technical support to computer users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
β’ Addresses trouble tickets to solve user-related problems.
β’ Oversees team productivity and quality while providing individual feedback.
β’ Works in collaboration with the Virtual Service Desk, other departments, and various stakeholders.
β’ Public Trust Clearance (or the capability to obtain one).
β’ ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification, which may be acquired within 120 days post-hire.
β’ 4-9 years of relevant work experience.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in Windows desktop support.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience with remote tools.
β’ Familiarity with supporting industry-standard software products.
β’ An Associate's Degree or equivalent qualification.
