Senior Competition Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the legal team and management on matters related to competition.

• Engaging with European regulators (including both the EC and NCAs) as well as other regulatory bodies globally.

• Partnering with cross-functional, worldwide teams at NVIDIA, such as the contract and investment teams, to explore ways to enhance competition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree and valid license to practice law in Europe.

• Over 12 years of experience within a law firm, regulatory agency, or corporate setting.

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy abilities.

• Outstanding legal judgment across a diverse range of subject areas.
