Senior Compensation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee compensation programs

• Collaborate with the business to facilitate the attraction and retention of talent

• Assess requests to determine fair titles, salary ranges, and benefits levels

• Lead projects concerning strategic initiatives in compensation

• Work alongside the HR team and act as a consultant for supervisors and staff

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources

• Proficient in job analysis, evaluation, and wage grade structure design

• Skilled in compensation research and data analysis

• Familiarity with benefits administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required

• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
