This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Oversee the administration of direct compensation, which includes the processing, recording, and reporting of compensation-related actions for both salaried and hourly employees.
β’ Develop uniform compensation guidelines and programs that align with our compensation philosophy and organizational culture.
β’ Assess and provide recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
β’ Offer guidance to management on pay decisions, interpretation of policies and guidelines, and job evaluations, including the creation of innovative solutions for specific compensation-related issues.
β’ Engage in and conduct salary surveys, as well as analyze survey data and maintain the salary survey database.
β’ Ensure that compensation practices comply with current federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
β’ 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
β’ Experience in job analysis, evaluation, and wage grade structure design.
β’ Proficient in compensation research and data analysis concerning compliance requirements.
β’ Experience in benefits administration.
β’ A BS/BA degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required.
β’ Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred and encouraged.
β’ Demonstrated experience with Workday and Payfactors is essential.
