This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop, manage, and sustain compensation programs.
• Oversee the administration of direct compensation.
• Establish uniform compensation guidelines.
• Analyze and propose recommendations for new hire offers and promotions.
• Conduct salary surveys and maintain the salary survey database.
• Ensure adherence to compensation laws and regulations.
• Support the HR Team and other business partners with compensation-related matters.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in job analysis, evaluation, and wage grade structure design.
• Experience in compensation research and data analysis.
• Familiarity with benefit administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
