• Guides and supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive plans.
• Employs best practices in collaboration with Design Compensation leaders.
• Designs and implements incentive plans that drive performance outcomes.
• Assists in the design, documentation, and communication of sales incentive plans.
• Directs the creation of incentive plans to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business goals.
• Conducts evaluations of plan effectiveness and analyzes incentive performance data quarterly.
• Collaborates with internal compensation partners to assess and monitor pay positioning and target total cash levels.
• Provides insights to Compensation Leadership regarding plan design.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in advanced PowerPoint skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Prior project management experience, overseeing large-scale projects and setting priorities.
• Experience with Varicent.
• Background in the Healthcare Industry.
