This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Provides support and guidance to functional leaders on all matters related to compensation.
• Engages in market benchmarking surveys, oversees the annual assessment of internal salary ranges, and ensures accurate data is reflected in all systems.
• Performs market pay analyses, including deriving conclusions and recommendations regarding the company’s competitive standing.
• Offers recommendations on approval of offers and pay adjustments for designated areas, while striving to achieve consensus with key stakeholders.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders on job documentation and analysis to support G-P’s career framework.
• Educates managers and employees on compensation practices, career architecture, and discussions about compensation.
• Assists in the administration of all focal point compensation cycles.
• Advises and guides business leaders through cyclical compensation programs.
• Responsible for the daily administration of compensation, including job requisitions, salary or job changes, job profile maintenance, and prompt responses to employee inquiries.
• Identifies and suggests enhancements and efficiencies related to compensation programs, processes, reporting, and support initiatives.
• Participates in various additional compensation activities, including completing ad hoc job evaluations and market data requests.
• Stays informed on current trends in compensation and understands statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Familiar with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and eager to incorporate AI workflows into daily tasks to boost efficiency.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in compensation.
• Experience with unconventional compensation programs is highly preferred.
• Must possess a solid understanding of global compensation markets, practices, and data.
• Exceptional Excel skills: you should be proficient in spreadsheet functions, including running vlookups, logical functions, and creating pivot tables and charts.
• Proven analytical capabilities with the ability to conduct independent, thorough analysis.
• Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences in both oral and written forms, including translating technical compensation language into simpler terms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead moderately complex projects or play a significant role in complex projects from inception to completion.
• Capable of successfully managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a well-measured sense of urgency.
• Comfortable transitioning between routine daily tasks and strategic priorities.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the global organization.
