This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, evaluate, and manage compensation initiatives that support the company's goals for recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
• Accountable for the planning, development, and execution of variable compensation programs.
• Provide guidance to managers on effective compensation decisions that enhance employee engagement while adhering to compensation policies and budgetary constraints.
• Engage in compensation surveys and perform analyses to ensure equitable pay across the organization.
• Direct the creation, implementation, management, and communication of various complex compensation programs and initiatives that significantly influence enterprise-wide operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to design new compensation and incentive plans, or improve existing variable compensation programs to motivate employees and achieve business goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify and address various compensation-related inquiries and challenges.
• Develop all variable compensation programs, including commission structures, incentive plans, and sales compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive in the market and compliant with legal requirements.
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain the job architecture and job description database.
• Manage the compensation and salary structure within the HRIS system (ADP).
• Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research and analysis regarding market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
• Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy of compensation data in the compensation tool (CompXL) for annual merit increases and management bonus distributions.
• Lead training sessions on compensation policies and procedures for managers.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• May be tasked with additional duties as assigned by the manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a related business field.
• 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in base-pay compensation, job evaluation, and market analysis, both domestically and internationally.
• 5-7 years of experience in designing and administering variable compensation programs on both domestic and international scales.
• Capability to read and interpret complex financial reports.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with setting up compensation structures in ADP is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CompXL is advantageous, but not required.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
• Detail-oriented, capable of coordinating and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Preference may be given to candidates holding a professional HR certification such as CCP, PHR, or SPHR.
