This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership on intricate compensation issues.
• Spearhead enterprise-level or cross-departmental compensation initiatives (such as job architecture design, pay structure formulation, compensation program revamps, and market pricing strategies).
• Oversee and conduct job evaluations and leveling assessments.
• Examine external market data alongside internal equity to formulate strategic, data-informed compensation recommendations.
• Offer leadership and guidance during compensation planning cycles.
• Create, refine, and oversee compensation policies, guidelines, and tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs.
• Recognize and implement process enhancements, automation prospects, and improvements to compensation systems and workflows.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the compensation team.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Generally, 7-10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or related analytical roles.
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Established ability to influence senior leaders and achieve strategic results.
• Certification as a Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
