This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluates and manages employee compensation programs to ensure that pay practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with the goals of the organization.
• Performs market pricing, develops and sustains salary structures, and categorizes jobs into suitable grades and levels.
• Formulates pay recommendations, assesses the financial implications of compensation strategies, and oversees merit and bonus planning cycles.
• Generates reports and analyses for stakeholders, documents policies, keeps track of regulatory requirements, and promotes continuous improvement in compensation processes and data integrity.
• Assesses compensation requests for new hires, promotions, transfers, and internal equity adjustments, offering recommendations to inform compensation-related decisions.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job analysis/evaluation, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in compensation modules, spreadsheet tools using formulas (including nested lookup functions and pivot tables), and market pricing data aggregation software.
• Familiarity with human capital management systems, compensation management systems, spreadsheet software with advanced functions, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Experience in conducting pay equity analyses using regression-based statistical methods is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
