📋 Description

• Establish a new Discord community for a social VR game developed by Wooster Games.

• Develop a range of community initiatives to foster interaction and collaboration among members, engaging with players, managing live streams, organizing events, announcing new content releases, and addressing support tickets.

• Report significant bugs and gather community feedback for the development team on a weekly basis.

• Possess experience in utilizing AI to create Discord bots and analyze data from Discord and social media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience, ideally with a focus on managing a growing community of 50-100K members.

• Expertise in Discord and VR live streaming technologies.

• A strong passion for gaming – you will be playtesting in VR frequently to generate content.

• A collaborative team-oriented approach is essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders on Discord, including the product owner, developers, players, and content creators to enhance and promote the game.

• Bonus: Experience across multiple gaming platforms (VR, PC, Console, Mobile), along with graphic design and video editing skills that resonate with Gen Z and Gen Alpha cultural trends.
