This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and nurture relationships with mission heroes to ensure their satisfaction and alignment with mission objectives.
• Retain revenue by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining engagement.
• Guarantee a positive onboarding experience and a swift time-to-value for new clients.
• Encourage the adoption of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions.
• Conduct retrospectives post time-to-value and consistently enhance the process.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer solutions.
• Monitor hero health scores through regular partner interactions.
• Provide customers with updates on feedback progress and new product features or benefits.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and maximize contract value.
