Senior Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish a new Discord community for a social virtual reality game.

• Develop various community initiatives to promote engagement.

• Interact with players, coordinate events, announce content launches, and address support inquiries.

• Highlight significant bugs and community insights on a weekly basis.

• Must be available during US Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record in managing a burgeoning community of 50,000 to 100,000+ members.

• Proficient in Discord and live streaming technology for virtual reality.

• Strong enthusiasm for gaming.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

• Bonus: Experience across various gaming platforms (VR, PC, Console, Mobile), along with skills in graphic design and video editing.
