• Take ownership of and reshape how Cohesity develops and engages its practitioner community.
• Establish the community strategy.
• Create an exceptional technology champions advocacy program.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and expand a structured technology champions program of advocates.
• Transform engaged customers and practitioners into dedicated advocates.
• Coordinate efforts with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Create feedback mechanisms involving Sales, Field, and Partner teams.
• Design and implement AI-driven bots and automation.
• Track and enhance community membership.
• Over 5 years of experience in community management or developer relations.
• Proven influencer presence in enterprise data security and/or data management fields.
• Demonstrated success as a voice and industry influencer.
• Experience in developing and expanding advocacy or Champions programs.
• Strong ability to influence across various functions.
• Comprehensive subject matter expertise in enterprise data security, data governance, or compliance.
• Established connections with practitioners, bloggers, podcast hosts, and community leaders.
• Practical experience in creating or deploying AI bots and automation within community platforms.
