Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the visibility, reputation, and expansion of the Eva Travel and ET Academy accounts.

• Execute an effective social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create unique and authentic concepts tailored to the positioning of each brand.

• Identify and capitalize on trends, formats, and successful approaches.

• Organize, produce, and publish Reels, TikToks, Shorts, carousels, and Stories.

• Participate in shoots: film, frame, and capture essential sequences.

• Maintain consistency in visuals, tone, messaging, and branding.

• Evaluate performance and adapt the strategy continuously.

• Oversee video editors and other creative contractors.

• Manage production schedules, prioritize content, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Enforce deadlines and request necessary adjustments.

• Edit content when workload or urgency necessitates it.

• Manage multiple topics concurrently while anticipating needs.

• Demonstrate proactivity and contribute ideas daily in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in community management and content creation.

• Exceptional knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including their formats and conventions.

• Proven track record managing high-visibility accounts or those with significant publishing volumes.

• A portfolio is required showcasing content created or supervised with measurable results.

• References are required, detailing the accounts supported and the roles undertaken.

• Outstanding writing skills with impeccable spelling.

• Proficient in filming, framing, and video editing.

• Experience in managing editors and coordinating creative contractors.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and produce content that boosts views, engagement, and growth.

• Active freelance status is required.

• High availability and willingness to travel occasionally.

• Creativity, curiosity, and current knowledge of trends are essential.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and the capacity to propose new ideas are crucial.

• Must demonstrate speed, efficiency, organization, and rigor.

• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in coordinating, following up with, and realigning various stakeholders.

• Dependability, responsiveness, a solution-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Must be comfortable working on location, traveling, and functioning in dynamic environments.

• Submission of an accurate availability date, desired monthly compensation, a PDF CV, a portfolio, and verifiable references is mandatory.
