Community Liaison – Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage a territory that includes Maryland, Virginia, and Illinois.

• Allocate approximately 50% of your time engaging face-to-face with senior communities and the remaining 50% for planning, prospecting, and updating the Pipedrive CRM from a home office.

• Conduct research on potential clients, initiate cold calls, meet with decision makers, and secure new community partnership contracts and clinic dates.

• Organize skin cancer awareness presentations and health fair events.

• Assist residents and their families in signing up for dermatology days.

• Collaborate with dermatology providers to guarantee smooth care delivery, maintain full schedules, and avoid any unexpected issues.

• Monitor new facility agreements, track resident sign-ups, count presentations, and evaluate growth against targets.

• Create monthly reports for leadership review.

• Travel to Illinois once every quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B field sales or community outreach experience.

• Experience in healthcare or senior-living environments is preferred.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• Excellent public speaking and persuasive communication skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive.

• Strong self-management and discipline.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel during the day up to 50% of the time, with minimal overnight stays.

• Must reside in or around Washington, DC.
