This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the commercial success of designated Payments products and features, ensuring alignment of the roadmap with revenue, margin, and adoption goals.
• Define, prioritize, and oversee the product backlog to achieve significant pod outcomes, supported by clear business rationale for each initiative.
• Serve as the key commercial representative among cross-functional teams, integrating insights from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering into a cohesive product strategy.
• Assess and advocate for new concepts based on market demand, AI readiness, ROI, and long-term value for customers.
• Act as a thought leader in AI integration within Payments workflows, discovering methods to enhance, automate, and set apart through intelligent design.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uphold and expand our leadership in AR automation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to establish messaging, positioning, and enablement linked to core product differentiators.
• Oversee product launch and go-to-market initiatives for new features, capabilities, and AI-driven workflows.
• Engage actively with customers to validate the roadmap, facilitate adoption, and create a feedback loop that drives ongoing innovation.
• Track and report on product KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
• Lead the annual planning baseline, outlining tradeoffs, benefits, and the impact of work.
• Identify the factors influencing financial health for the product portfolio, considering tradeoffs and presenting various options.
• Manage a high volume of substantial product initiatives within a set timeframe, guaranteeing successful outcomes.
• Mentor and coach other product managers.
• Travel quarterly for customer onsite meetings and events.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial and technical product ownership across various companies.
• Background in financial, payment, or treasury product roles that demand high attention to detail, including online payments, payment reconciliation, or B2B fintech.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable automation, Cash Application workflows, and B2B finance processes.
• Proven track record in go-to-market and launch strategy.
• Solid understanding of market drivers, including familiarity with Total Addressable Market (TAM), Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and Target Customer Profile (TCP).
• Demonstrated success in scaling mature products and leading transformation initiatives, ideally involving AI/ML capabilities.
• Exposure to AI technologies, such as LLMs, data classification models, and agent-based automation.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of analyzing revenue drivers, customer segments, pricing models, and adoption funnels.
• Competence in managing a product backlog in a dynamic, product-focused environment.
• Previous experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ability to engage clients directly in user forums, roundtables, and customer outreach sessions.
• Exceptional self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and accountable without the need for constant oversight.
