Senior Commercial Pricing, Profitability Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the technical team, converting business needs into solution designs and comprehensive functional specifications.

• Address program-related issues and concerns promptly to sustain project momentum and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Offer strategic consulting on practices, trends, and regulatory requirements within the banking industry.

• Identify effective solutions to intricate problems and perform benchmarking and analysis.

• Exhibit expertise in nCino products, encompassing technical functionality and overarching data models.

• Facilitate product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops, while also creating user documentation.

• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting, advocating internally for the resolution of product gaps.

• Promote nCino adoption within financial institutions by nurturing stakeholder relationships.

• Present project status updates, risk assessments, reports, and presentations to colleagues and senior management.

• Deliver actionable insights and maintain open communication across all stakeholders.

• Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and change management principles to oversee resources and deliverables.

• Implement agile principles and nCino project methodologies to ensure successful delivery and ongoing improvement.

• Advise system integration partners, assess customization trade-offs, and ensure solutions align with nCino standards.

• Conduct status meetings, uphold project schedules, and monitor responsibilities and deadlines.

• Leverage AI tools and insights to automate routine tasks, enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and drive innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in banking or a related sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capable of managing complex tasks with accuracy using organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills across all levels, able to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages.

• Proven ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and escalate issues when necessary.

• Skilled at building credibility and influencing through transparent communication, collaboration, and follow-through.

• Ability to facilitate organizational change and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• This position may involve travel.

• Previous experience in project management is preferred.

• Background in various banking lines of business and expertise in loan pricing methodology is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts is desirable.
